Using this website
You may use the site to learn about LVG Systems, complete informational tools, request a consultation, and access areas you are authorized to use. You agree not to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, submit unlawful or malicious content, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, impersonate another person, or use automated means that unreasonably burden the service.
Assessments and calculators
Automation scores, time-saving estimates, ROI calculations, scenarios, and recommendations are informational estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown. They are not guarantees of savings, revenue, performance, legal compliance, or suitability. Actual results depend on process quality, volume, systems, data, adoption, exceptions, and implementation scope.
Consultations and bookings
Submitting a form or requesting a time does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or obligate either party to proceed. A consultation time is final only when confirmed. A client relationship begins only through a written agreement accepted by both parties.
Intellectual property
The site design, copy, code, and brand materials are owned by Lavergne Systems LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, sell, or republish substantial portions without written permission. Ownership and licenses for client deliverables are defined in the applicable service agreement.

Links and integrations may involve third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. Lavergne Systems LLC is not responsible for third-party availability or content. A service proposal will identify material integrations and responsibilities.
Disclaimers and limitation
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Lavergne Systems LLC disclaims implied warranties for the public site and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
